Kyann was the most helpful, kind, and efficient customer service representative I have ever spoken with. She made a difficult and daunting process seem possible, manageable, and dare I say easy. She was so personable and truly a credit to your organization. Knowing that there’s customer service of Kyan’s caliber at the other end of the phone is worth the whole cost of the premium and I would encourage leadership to fast track her for advancement, promotion, and a raise. She is absolutely amazing.

“RILEY” Two claims were approved ??? Applied to deductible??? Odd unless they were just approved now months later that’s false and yes you declined Multiple visits “COMPLETE SICK VISITS COVERED” false advertising- Riley is a baby with no medical history FETCH played the insurance game for over two months posting “need more information need other visit information “ SHE ONLY HAD A FIRST ENCOUNTER PHYSICAL AND VACCINES FETCH WOULDNT LISTEN AND DENIED “a baby chihuahua “ who had NO history I counted on FETCH and believed I had support to prevent a financial burden in a period (COVID) where finances were already challenged FETCH FAILED MISERABLY I TRUSTED this company DONT make the same mistakes And NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME - but hey- that looks good in your response … Anything to keep reeling in your future victims FETCH could care less about animals it’s all about money —BS to keep racking up premiums You may have a couple on the reviews you paid out - it’s business if you denied all you would risk exposure Thanks for nothing !

I’ve had Fetch insurance on my cat for 3 years. My claims were always paid promptly. The claims are easy to file and processed quickly. I’m very happy with this company.

Fetch makes it so easy to file claims. My dog became very ill very suddenly and unexpectedly. He is so special to our family and we have been able to give him the best care thanks to Fetch. Claims are so easy to file and payment is reliable.

Tattianna was a wonderful help from the start of our call to the end. She was so well informed, so helpful and also thought ahead for me making sure I did everything correctly online while we were speaking.
