Frustrated but thankful for Kyann
To be honest I’ve been quite frustrated dealing with Fetch over a recent claim, and previously when trying to change my policy. I’ve found it very hard to get information and the back and fourth over email has been confusing to say the least. I called planning to cancel my dog’s policy and was lucky enough to get Kyann LeViner on the phone. I did not tell her I was cancelling but asked about adjusting my policy, and she was so thorough and helpful that I ended up remaining a customer. She deserves 5 stars.
