My experience with my customer service representative, Anne Wheitsel was outstanding! Anne was able to address all of my questions and concerns. She was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond. She didn’t rush me in anyway and even looked up statistics on the breed of my dog, Harry to help me further understand and decide what policy would be best for Harry. Anne is such a delight to speak with. We even exchanged stories of our pets together, which was so nice as I got to know her and her fur baby on a more personal level. She related to everything I discussed with her and the conversation flowed so nicely! So many times, calls seem so scripted, but not with Anne. Very genuine and extremely knowledgeable. I’m pleased with the amount of coverage that Fetch provides. I wish they would stop putting up my deductible and payments every year. And it is not by a small amount that it goes up every year.
