I purchased insurance in November for…
I purchased insurance in November for my 10yr old Maltipoo. Once my first payment was made, they started with typical insurance BS. Although he had one that showed he was in good health, it did not include “soap” notes. Fast forward to May 1st, my dog gets deathly ill, take. To his vet, the ER and then a critical center.
I called customer service for information and I was met with a young snotty girl who gave me every reason why my claim would NOT be paid. AWFUL! Now I know you can’t judge a company by one person, however my experience did not get better. I would submit paperwork and was told I did not or they couldn’t make it out. It was just all terrible.
Bottom line, out of $2400 FETCH paid $359. I was drawn in by their commercial and should have read reviews. I hope mine helps someone.
