To be seen by management

First when u bought the company clients should of been advised of the new claim rules ... Such as your a green company and mail in claims are no longer acceptable.... Reimbursement should not be claimed until deductible is met .... Increase in policy charge is ridiculous.... Doubled in one year ..... Unaffordable people are not hear to make insurance company rich .... And not complicated claims should not take several weeks for reimbursement ... My opinion is this u are taking severe advantage of people and would recommend people to put money aside instead of paying for pet insurance

My 4 year old Lab had to have anal…

My 4 year old Lab had to have anal glands removed. I followed the instructions to submit the claim and was reimbursed within a couple of weeks. Just be sure to read your policy and keep up with your pet's primary care check-ups.

I spoke with Tattianna at Fetch by The…

I spoke with Tattianna Smith at Fetch by The Dodo Pet Insurance today. I feel compelled to write about my experience. I have been going through a very difficult month as my precious, darling cat, Tilly, has been quite ill. I needed to file claims for her hospitalizations, etc., and having had little sleep due to worry and staying with her in the hospital, my capacity to submit my claims is diminished. Tatiana stayed on the phone with me (as I intermittently burst into tears) and consoled me and patiently walked me through the steps for submission. Not only did she do that, she also sent messages to the 3 vets involved to make sure that all invoicing is received. This is customer service at it's very best! Truly above and beyond the call of duty. Additionally, I called back to find out how to give a review, and Tracy, who answered the phone was incredibly sweet and kind as I again became emotional. AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I had called with the intention of canceling my Fetch account because I didn’t really have time to look it over at SPCA.. Denise answered questions that I didn’t even know I had!! She explained everything so thoroughly about my insurance plan, educating me more on what exactly Fetch is. Of course after learning more, I opted to keep my plan. She also made me feel so much better about having a new dog, because it can be stressful! Thank you for such a pleasant experience, Denise :)

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
