I can’t cancel my insurance

It’s hard to cancel the insurance as they require you to speak to a live person and whenever you choose option- cancel insurance no one answers. When you file a claim you have to submit a lot of documents before you can get paid depending upon their approval and how much you can get.

Massive price hikes year over year!

In the three years of coverage with Fetch the annual renewal price hikes 132% every year. First year pricing was fairly competitive with sales promises that their pricing doesn't increase , or only a small amount. Deceptive practices on pricing for sure.

Let me tell ya

Let me tell ya, every time i call in with questions, i always get THE best customer service! I just got off the phone with Tracy who assisted with my policy and she was TERRIFIC!!! We had such a great time chuckling up a few laughs because my policy was just a mess but she went above and beyond to help me resolve all of my issues! I really hope that if I need to call back for any reason in the future, I hope I get her again lol thank you for all that you do! Thank you Tracy, you rock!!!! 😂😊

Great customer service

I called a couple of days ago with a question and called today with a different question. I got the same representative both times. Her name is Tracy. She is amazing! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the conversation easy and pleasant! I also spoke to her supervisor named Don. What a pleasure to speak with him also! He thanked me for taking the time to give Tracy a commendation. I appreciated both of them very much.

Amazing experience and superb Customer Service thanks to Anne!

My experience with my customer service representative, Anne Wheitsel was outstanding! Anne was able to address all of my questions and concerns. She was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond. She didn’t rush me in anyway and even looked up statistics on the breed of my dog, Harry to help me further understand and decide what policy would be best for Harry. Anne is such a delight to speak with. We even exchanged stories of our pets together, which was so nice as I got to know her and her fur baby on a more personal level. She related to everything I discussed with her and the conversation flowed so nicely! So many times, calls seem so scripted, but not with Anne. Very genuine and extremely knowledgeable. Anne made my call experience to Fetch such a positive one. She is truly an asset to Fetch! Thank you, Anne for everything! -Heather and Harry LaBarbara

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
