WHAT happened to this company?

Really disappointed in this company now. I gave them a 5 start review back in September, but need to change my rating. My rates just went up. 47% increase for one cat and 21% increase for the other. They are the same age. Even though the rep told me they do not increase premiums based on claims, she then proceeded to tell me that the 47% increase was because that cat DID have a claim so I lost my 30% rate "discount". In addition she said the State of Washington care rate has gone up. WOW! AND, they recently denied my claims for the other cat. I will be shopping for a new insurance company. Ever since this one changed to their new name and now have a new insurer, it seems that their CARE has gone downhill. Very sad to see.

No need to call and wait on hold. You…

No need to call and wait on hold. You submit your claim with the proper documentation and we got our claim money back less the deductible and less 20% that was just like they said when we signed up.

Need quicker access to human customer support

Fetch does a great job reimbursing claims….however, if there are ANY issues, it is a little difficult to get the support needed in a timely or reasonably simple manner. For example, the chat support operates like a maze in a phone menu. Trying to discover the email my vet should use in order to provide additional documentation turns into a frustrating research project as I’m directed through a prescribed catalog of subjects and webpages to visit before finally being allowed to make contact with a human to ask a very simple question. Also, I’m human. I make mistakes. I don’t proofread well enough sometimes. Please make it easier to edit or even cancel a submitted claim. That was the reason for my first foray into your chatbot maze about two weeks ago.

Great Pet Insurance

Hello, We have had a wonderful time with Fetch pet insurance. We got a puppy back in November 2022. We took him to the vet as a puppy and he received a clean bill of health. A couple months later we were playing in the yard when our puppy vomited and collapsed. He stopped breathing and his heart stopped as well. Luckily my boyfriend was able to give him chest compressions and bring him back to life. Our puppy has had to go to several follow up vet appointments since including a cardiologist visit and Fetch Pet Insurance has covered exactly what the policy promised it would cover. I highly recommend this company, they have been great to work with.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
