HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service! Spoke with two people, one who was a manager, who could not give me any information as to why my dogs premium increased $200 a year. Never filed any claims on my 2 dogs during my 3 years with them and still got this enormous increase. They could not have cared less to help or look further into it. Disappointed and Embrace Insurance had better rates.
