I called customer service to change my deductible on my second cat Top Cat to match my first cat. I spoke with Lindsey Farley and it was a very pleasant experience. She listened to my concern and promptly looked in my information and discovered why my deductible was different on Top Cat. It seems my AARP number dropped off at some point. She fixed it and made sure the correction was confirmed. Lindsey was very professional and very pleasant to speak with. She is an asset to Fetch for sure.
