Need quicker access to human customer support
Fetch does a great job reimbursing claims….however, if there are ANY issues, it is a little difficult to get the support needed in a timely or reasonably simple manner.
For example, the chat support operates like a maze in a phone menu. Trying to discover the email my vet should use in order to provide additional documentation turns into a frustrating research project as I’m directed through a prescribed catalog of subjects and webpages to visit before finally being allowed to make contact with a human to ask a very simple question.
Also, I’m human. I make mistakes. I don’t proofread well enough sometimes. Please make it easier to edit or even cancel a submitted claim. That was the reason for my first foray into your chatbot maze about two weeks ago.
