Best Customer Service I’ve ever Experienced

Kyann was the most helpful, kind, and efficient customer service representative I have ever spoken with. She made a difficult and daunting process seem possible, manageable, and dare I say easy. She was so personable and truly a credit to your organization. Knowing that there’s customer service of Kyan’s caliber at the other end of the phone is worth the whole cost of the premium and I would encourage leadership to fast track her for advancement, promotion, and a raise. She is absolutely amazing.

I’ve had Fetch insurance on my cat for 3 years. My claims were always paid promptly. The claims are easy to file and processed quickly. I’m very happy with this company.

Fetch makes it so easy to file claims

Fetch makes it so easy to file claims. My dog became very ill very suddenly and unexpectedly. He is so special to our family and we have been able to give him the best care thanks to Fetch. Claims are so easy to file and payment is reliable.

Tattianna was a wonderful!

Tattianna was a wonderful help from the start of our call to the end. She was so well informed, so helpful and also thought ahead for me making sure I did everything correctly online while we were speaking. Unreasonable price hikes

I am disappointed by fetch because they raised the rates for my two dogs by 50%, despite the fact that they have never had a single claim from us. Also, they make it extremely difficult to cancel or remove payment methods.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
