Fetch gives me peace of mind with my dogs insurance plan. They make it very easy to submit claim details when needed, and once approved the payout follows promptly. Customer service has been excellent as well. Thank you!

Fetch🤥

I have three pets all are seniors. I called Fetch late December asking if my pets claims were in normal limits and would remain the same . I was told yes. Wrong . I received two renewals . For no reason at all and no warning fetch by the dodo decided to downgrade Mischi's policy. Her policy is now unusable and not cost-effective thus leaving her without insurance. She has had no major illnesses or issues and has had the same amount of visits by the acupuncturist for several years why all of a sudden the underwriters decide to downgrade her I do not know. This is the second time that fetch by the dodo has done me wrong. I had one dog who is deceased I had unlimited coverage until I used it then they downgraded me and made her insurance unusable. Called agent and told basically suck it up.b$500/70% and 25,000 annual limit per condition isnt cost effective . Would have been nice if I got a heads up . No just congrats for the downgrade. My 2 older dogs I pay 8000 a year Fetch doesn't care . .b

Fetch is there for my Frenchie

I'm a first time dog owner. I have a French Bulldog, and because you never know what's around the corner with these joyous little clowns, you got to have pet insurance. Fetch is always there for me when I have a vet bill, especially for an emergency room visit. I look forward to Fetch's upcoming roll out that will cover Wellness Visits and Preventative Care. I also want to add that using the mobile app to submit claims is easy. I receive frequent updates on the status of my claims, including submitted, under review, and approved with payments made via direct deposit.

The worse pet insurance ever

The worse pet insurance ever. I signed up for insurance for my cat when she was 15 because she was healthy and I just adopted another cat from APL who suggested I try fetch pet insurance. I thought if APL is recommending it maybe it’s good. Huge mistake. I should have researched it first. They claim they take care of claims within 2 weeks. Big lie. They take easily 3-4 weeks then always claim they need more info. You send the info again and it takes another 2-3 weeks. Then I was denied for a claim. My cat went to a specialist that was recommended by oncology . She had a colonoscopy with biopsy that showed small cell lymphoma of intestines. I was denied the claim bc fetch claimed my cat had prior weight loss which was incorrect. All of her exams that clearly had the weight stated was over 10 pounds until Oct 30, 2023 when it showed over 8 pounds. This was a NEW weight loss not discovered until well after signing on with fetch. I cancelled the insurance. It’s just to stressful dealing with them as they do anything to stall the claim and not refund you but they sure are quick to take your money when it’s due every 3 months. I don’t even think the insurance is worth it. Since my cat was older ( 15 years ) when I got this her premium was 500 every 3 months . Then it only paid 80 percent after 400 deductible and maximum 5,000 a year. When you think about it it doesn’t really cover that much. I would be paying 2 grand a year to cover her anyways and the headache of them delaying the claims and delaying and acting like they don’t have everyhing when they do then not paying attention to the actual dr notes ( if they looked at my cats actual weight for every appointment) they would have clearly seen her weight loss was not discovered until well after the insurance kicked in. I dropped them. I know to NOT use them for any future pets. Good luck with those of you who use this mess of a company

Ky was absolutely amazing in helping me…

Ky was absolutely amazing in helping me better understand my policy and answering all of my questions! Very satisfied with my Fetch plan!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
