We adopted a puppy (1yr old) in January and I decided to get the insurance. Thankfully I did. Our dog ate what we think is a pine cone and it got stuck in her intestines. She had to have 2 emergency surgeries because of it. It would have cost us thousands out of pocket. Fetch covered 80% after our $500 deductible. Without the insurance, we may have not been able to save our puppy.
Fetch makes like easier, but customizable notification preferences would be helpful
Fetch makes it extremely easy to submit and receive reimbursement for medical expenses. I've submitted a few insurance claims through your company, and while I appreciate the prompt acknowledgment, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the notification process. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of allowing customers more control over how they're notified during the claims process. Specifically, I would appreciate the following enhancements:
1. **Customizable Notification Preferences:** It would be beneficial if customers could choose their preferred method of communication (email, SMS, phone call, etc.) for claim updates. Some individuals may prefer real-time notifications via text messages, while others might prefer email notifications.
2. **Frequency Options:** Providing options to adjust the frequency of notifications would be helpful. For instance, customers could choose to receive updates only when significant milestones occur (e.g., claim approval, payment processing) rather than for every minor update.
I believe implementing these enhancements would not only improve customer satisfaction but also streamline the overall claims management experience. As a loyal customer, I value transparency and control over my interactions with your company.

We've had Fetch since we adopted our cat 7 years ago and have been very pleased with their service. It is easy to file a claim through the app and their response is immediate. We usually get our payment within a couple of days and it is directly deposited into our account.
