I dealt with a gentleman named Joshua. He was very professional, patient with my questions and knowledgeable. I have been thinking about this for weeks and he sealed the deal.

Do not recommend FETch
If I can give this pet insurance - 0 I would,their promise to reimbursement 2 days, I sumit a claim since November 29 and barely got respond.
I did not feel value as a customer, did not feel they had sense of urgency to review my claim, long story short I ended cancel my insurance for my 2 dogs due to the negative experience with fetch. Why would I want to continue with them if they do not take pride in keep their promise.

When my Winnie had to have surgery, I was so glad to have Pet Insurance. They were so quick to pay my claim I hardly had time to miss the $$$ out of my account!

my billing issue…
Was able to get my billing issue resolved. The customer representative Lisa was quick and very helpful. I was very pleased with the whole experience and normally when I am having to deal with a customer service group I end up feeling bad for having to ask for help or upset because they have blamed me for whatever the issue was, But not with these guys. I felt better after the chat then going into it. Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
