Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Misleading. Made to sound like it covers way more than it actually does. They trick you into a wellness plan to cover routine check ups and visits,but only cover a very small amount of these visits,but write it so it reads like it covers ALL of it. Wellness plan boasts that it covers spaying and neutering, but than only reimburses you for $100. UNACCEPTABLE! It does help you save some money on some things,but the dishonesty is advertising and the premium plus the wellness plan and the coverage just don't add up. Pet insurance is just another scam to get more money. Fetch will not be getting anymore of mine. After the spaying scam,I immediately canceled my policy. My Grandparents never had dog insurance, my parents never had dog insurance, and I'm almost 60 and I've never had dog insurance. None of us ever lost a dog because we didn't have Insurance. Do not spend money with this Pet Fetch insurance. After close to 5 years of paying premiums which went up every year even though I file zero claims. I submit a claim for dental work. Thet request vet record back to 2020 which I submit with the 2020 vet record indicating there were dental issue. In May 0f 2024 the denied a dental claim due to pre-existing condition. Attempts to call and discuss claim with customer service. All you get is recorded message that send a text and hangs-up.

So far so good, we shall see what they cover in the future.

I have had Fetch for many years, covering the lifespan of our previous almost 17 year old dog and our current 4 year old. But even with prior experience, the speed of claims processing was impressive! I had to double check the source of the direct deposit in my account because i couldn't believe the claim for my dog's dental treatment was already paid at the end of only one week! Granted, because I have been a customer a long time, I knew what paperwork was needed to submit, but if you give them all the important documentation you get the reimbursement fast!
