They were very polite and helpful, I do think they need to add things to the automatic answers,, I needed to cancel and i had to go thru several different ones to finally get to talk to someone in person, besides that they were fine...

The Fetch website was very informative
The Fetch website was very informative, but pet insurance advisor Amanda Mello really helped seal the deal and we signed our new puppy up with both an accident and wellness plan. Amanda is very knowledgeable and seems to truly care.

I researched pet insurance for months. By the time I decided on Fetch in June of this year, I met your employee, Amanda Mello, online.
Ms. Mello is as mellow as her surname sounds. She could not have been a better example of a good employee! She fetched me with her caring attitude about my puppy! Although I had multiple questions, Amanda answered each one with patience, compassion, and knowledge.

Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
