So far not impressed
So far not impressed, at all. Submitted first invoice and nothing in over 2 weeks. All of your marketing material, I have screenshots, says, "Get paid back in as little
as 2 days for approved claims with direct deposit". You are not living up to this claim. This is why and what gets companies sued, false claims. VERY VERY false claim. Will be looking elsewhere for coverage at this point.
Replying to Fetchpet reply - It has been 20 days since I made the claim and provided every single piece of information your people kept requesting. There is LITERALLY no other information to provide as the pet is a rescue, you have her rescue records and the vet records for the year she has been with us and they were all submitted with the invoice. Still want to say you are living up to your advertised claims?

After a few bumpy roads at the…
After a few bumpy roads at the beginning (asking for several pieces of information such as dates before my pets were born or asking for items already provided) the last requests for claim reviews have been somewhat smooth. One pending claim at the moment asked me via email for my pet’s name, DOV, receipts and something else which was already provided. Not sure if the email is too generic without asking for detailed info., but suggesting here to be specific of the ask so I can best assist you with the process. Thank you.
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.

Waiting Period
