Difficult and frustrating.

I currently have pet insurance policies between 2 companies and have worked with a third in the past. Fetch has been the worst to deal with of the three. I've tried to be fair, considering Lemonade went so far as to follow leads to where a vet office relocated to just to get records for my eldest cat and I know that's above and beyond. Even Nationwide accepted claims with just invoices listing the treatments. Fetch has demanded detailed notes every time. It amazes me that apparently the customer service (who have been polite and courteous, this isn't their fault) is all human because the way the claims are dealt with feel very A.I. led. I'm eternally grateful to my cats I have with Fetch for not developing pre-existing conditions so I can get them moved and I've forewarned my vet office and the shelter one of my cats came from that Fetch has been unnecessarily difficult to work with. My 2 stars is simply to account for them having actual people working for them who seem to want to help but honestly, I was hoping for way more. Back to waiting another 15 days for my claims to process I guess, as this has been the cycle every time I get denied.
