Excellent Customer Service
We lost one of our pets a couple of months back. I called in to cancel the monthly premiums. The Customer Representative was very polite and apologetic of our situation and was promptly able to refund the premium that had already gone through after the pet's demise. My second interaction was last week, where I submitted a claim for my other pet's lumpectomy. This claim was processed within a few days of submission and I was kept informed throughout the process.
