Emergency hospital

My Brodie was hospitalized in emergency hospital for 3 days. $3,500. I wouldn’t have had the extra money to pay for his care. Thank you Fetch. I was able to pay and then be reimbursed. Super easy. It all on line within 10 days I had my claim completed. No hassle. Best thing I could have done was buy the insurance when he was a baby

I submitted docs for the first time and…

I submitted docs for the first time and I found it very easy and the communication excellent. I even added some old claims in my submission and those were covered too.

Find someone else, they are the WORST.

Fetch doesn’t care about you or your animal. I’m sure all insurance companies aren’t great but we’ve had this one since the day we adopted Loki. He was a 7 month old rescue and they have said literally everything is a pre- -existing condition and even though we pay every month they pay for nothing and it's been 2 years now. Our most recent claim was denied. It was for 2k and they said it was due to him having lupus - he had lumps all over his under belly and so the vet wanted to do a biopsy - it turned out it was a bunch of ingrown hairs due to him going into remission and all his hair growing back (really something to celebrate). They also found out that the problem plaguing him wasn't lupus (though that's what he has) but it was an infection that had caused the lesions we'd been fighting to begin with. But none of that mattered because their only goal is to take your money and not pay anything out ever. They aren’t humane. They don’t call you back. They don’t work with you. It’s just a money grubbing company and the worst part is on the other end of all this is a poor, helpless dog who just needed some love and attention. If you’re going to be an insurance company for animals have a freaking heart We'd go somewhere else but as he has a pre-existing condition (for real now, not when we was fine at 7 months old when we adopted him and go the insurance the same minute) and so it will be just as bad if not more expensive. We are however looking into options. Fetch responded to this but they only responded here. They never contacted me personally. They haven't said what I could do to help besides "have our vet send more paperwork" - not WHAT paperwork. And all his vets have sent a ton of paper. When we adopted Loki he just had a cyst on his toe and hair missing from his tail which we were told was due to stress / his previous life. This response below is just aligned with all the previous BS they have spouted.

I absolutely loved the customer…

I absolutely loved the customer service. Janelle was so great at helping me find a great insurance rate for my Bernese mountain dog and she was still helpful and knowledgeable even about my dog breed. I definitely will recommend this to other dog owners! Thanks so much!

Ann Wheitsel is the one you want to deal with at Fetch for a professional approach and delicate approach: Thanks again!

Anne Wheitsel I spent more than the better part of 2 hours sorting out my claim to cover a dramatically expensive surgery and further medical attention on our dearest Toto. The anxiety associated with the medical results which required traveling more than 600 miles to a specialist Vet every week for 8 weeks coupled with the cost put Ms. Ann Wheitsel in a difficult position. But she rose to the position. She solved the complex request for payment with kindness and patience. She had done her homework before I called and was creative with her solution. During our explanations of the situation, she followed the confusing situation. Not once was she distracted. It was clear that I was her sole attention with a single goal, my solution. And all the while the topic was the health of Toto, with no guaranteed future, still I felt Ms. Wheitsel shared my concern for Toto. Would that all humans on phones have what Ms. Wheitsel had to bring much to our difficult world in which we now live. Many Many thanks to Ms. Wheitsel.
