Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

As a new client i has to call to see if i could fax a claim vs going on apple and First Lady i got was rude and not helpful but i call back got Adam and he was awesome you need to keep him.. he was very helpful and very polite and concerned that all my questions were answered.. i give him 10 starts and hope if i ever have to call back i get him to help me..

As a loyal customer for over 11 years, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at FETCH! And now as my dog is in her golden years, their support is even more critical to us! Filing claims is easier than ever and direct deposit allows for speedy payments! Thank you FETCH!!!

I love fetch this pet insurance is amazing my cat is very special he likes to eat things hes had to go numerous times for x-rays and Ramadan and fetch made everything so easy to do online and they paid back quickly they're amazing

Submitting a claim is a timely and frustrating experience. When I called the customer service phone number, it wouldn’t connect me with a human, kept hanging up on me, and no one ever answered. I tried chatting within the Fetch app, but the customer service rep. was unhelpful and did not answer my question- she just kept repeating herself. It's obvious she was not reading my responses. An hour and a half later (after multiple tries at their Customer Service phone number & other chats) I still do not have an answer in order to submit a claim. Fetch requires that the consumer uploads the medical records, but it's illegal for a resident in my state to do so- yet Fetch requires it! No one will help! The vet. requires that Fetch send a request for medical records form, and Fetch refuses!!!! I've just wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars!

I have never had a problem with my claims. They are thorough when explaining the requirements and processed both of my big claims in a very timely fashion.
