I am approaching my 10th year of Fetch coverage on my pack of beagles. And in that time the coverage has been excellent and affordable for the odd pair of ingested underwear, pulled muscle or constipation - typical hound afflictions! But a few months ago, I took my male Hank to the ER for what I assumed was a worsening case of kennel cough, to find out that he was in congestive heart failure, and my world was turned upside down. Amongst the tears and fears and angst of getting all of the follow up appointments made and medications accurately dosed and trying to picture life without my best boy dog - one thing I never had to worry about was coverage. I was quickly reimbursed for my claims for the ER, the veterinary cardiologist, the prescription medications, even the prescribed over-the-counter supplements like fish oil and ubiquinol. Having the flexibility of being able to seek out every last shred of care possible for my dog, without having to worry about the cost, is beyond priceless to me and his beagle sister. I'll never go without Fetch on my hounds or any future furry members of my family!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Refused reimbursement. I also sent a complaint to BBB of the same issue. My cat received treatment from June 2022 to August 2022 totaling 1234.39. They denied until vet sent records dating all the way back to 2013 when they were previously Pet Plan USA. With $350 annual deductible, and then 90% reimbursement, that comes out to 795.95. They then reviewed all the information my vet sent, and only reimbursed $108.91. I called the cancellation line to cancel, but they said they would work with me, so I didn't at the time. I called again about only being reimbursed 108.91 and didn't hear back, I am owed 687.04 and if I had known, I would not have continued the policy, and was charged 86.24 for period Sept to Dec, which I would like a refund.
When it was Pet Plan USA, they would've sent the reimbursement check within 5 business days.

Fetch has been a great experience. Easy to use app and website to upload and track claims. They are quick to respond. This has helped out tremendously as our pup has needed 4 unexpected surgical procedures in under two years. Too many dogs end up in shelters because people cannot afford expensive vet care. Fetch is a great investment!
Fetch (Petplan when i started) has always been great. I have a lot of cats; that number has varied over the many years I've been insured. Fetch has given me calmness and the confidence that when one of them has a medical problem the bills will be manageable. I will have a modest deductible but the coverage beyond that will be great. I opted for 90% reimbursement with no annual limit and highly recommend it to everyone. Insure now; don't wait. I don't think anyone wants to contemplate a serious illness/injury and not having the money to help or save their furry friend. Fetch processes claims even more quickly now and have always been very fair. I recommend Fetch to all my friends.
