So far

So far, I am not very happy with Fetch Pet. Their website is not user friendly. Chose this company over Healthy Paws and truly believe I made a mistake. It's virtually impossible to chat or leave message, as there are only these chat bots you have to chose from but if your question pertains to something other than what's in the bot forget it. Although I set up direct deposit, informed my reimbursement was sent via mail (can't use direct deposit over $2,000 is what I was told) and they allow up to 21 days for you to receive your reimbursement by check. Was I informed of this at time of payout....of course not. Just the total lack of communication with this company is incredible.

Excellent Customer Service and Coverage!

I just adopted two kittens from the local humane society and called to get them both pet insurance because I have always had it for any pet I have had in the past, and it is truly worth it. I have never had two pets at one time, and so I had a bunch of questions when I called and I am so incredibly grateful for Alan, he explained all of the different options and was so patient, attentive and thorough and answered all of my questions. It truly gave me peace of mind knowing that they would both have excellent coverage and that the customer service is outstanding, that truly means so much and I highly recommend Fetch!

Fetch helps reduce stress when it comes to a sick pet

We've been Fetch customers for a long time, and unfortunately had to use it a lot this year as our dog went through many health problems. The submission process is easy and Fetch has been amazing about providing reimbursements. They have greatly eased an extremely stressful time for us by lessening the financial burden. I recommend Fetch to every pet owner.

Thankful for Fetch

Thankful for Fetch, it has covered a lot of bills this past year. It wasn't without challenges though. If it wasn't for Fetch's superhero Anne W., I would have pulled my hair out due to frustrations with the app and loading info. She has helped me in so many ways to make the whole Fetch claims invoicing process easier. She's very professional, caring and kind. She takes care of details that I have been unable to do. She has helped me at every step of the way. I believe she has gone above and beyond in helping me. I really wouldn't be able to do this without her help. I would have had to cancel if it wasn't for Ann's help. I have found the app to be glitchy so I think it still needs some work, and I am not happy about some of their policy changes after I purchased my policy. But I am VERY THANKFUL that I have FETCH for my dogs as they have gotten older and they have had some health issues and Fetch has really helped with their medical costs. Anne has made certain that all my receipts go through so I can get reimbursed. There used to be more time allotted to turn and receipts and I struggle with getting them all in. I was about ready to cancel my policy because I just couldn't get all the invoices in correctly. But then Anne helped me and made everything so much better and easier and I kept my policy and I'm really glad I did. If it wasn't for the combination of Fetch and Anne we would have had so much more in medical costs this past year. Anne made really good suggestions on my dogs policies as well. Anne has made working with Fetch so much easier as I can get bogged down with details and I know she cares and has my dogs best interests at heart. Thank you so much Anne. Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
