So far, I am not very happy with Fetch Pet. Their website is not user friendly. Chose this company over Healthy Paws and truly believe I made a mistake. It's virtually impossible to chat or leave message, as there are only these chat bots you have to chose from but if your question pertains to something other than what's in the bot forget it. Although I set up direct deposit, informed my reimbursement was sent via mail (can't use direct deposit over $2,000 is what I was told) and they allow up to 21 days for you to receive your reimbursement by check. Was I informed of this at time of payout....of course not. Just the total lack of communication with this company is incredible.
