Customer service is always friendly and…

Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Claims go through in a timely manner. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and then he had to have to have cataract surgery due to going blind from the diabetes. He is only 6 years old. The entire Fetch time were there for every question with answers or referrals. Just hoping the renewal doesn't increase by an insane price.

I got the support me and my dog needed

I have this insurance since they were Pet Plan, it had been amazing! I have a 11yo golden retriever with multiple skin masses, he had surgeries the last years and they had covered always. Last month we found a big lung tumor on him, that was cancer. :( I was devastated, he went to surgery, and all the tested, CT scans, x rays and surgery were not cheap at all. Fetch helped during the whole process approving all the procedures. I don't know what would have done to get that money in that short time. I am glad I've been paying the premium all this years. It has been expensive but It was worth it. They also respond in a good time. After you send all the documents of each procedure they send you the reimbursement in around a week. I was not so happy with the increases every year, they increased my premium a high% every year and without noticed. I know it might be due to the procedures and high risk of illness of my baby. However, at the end, is paying off. Highly recommended!

I NEVER recommended Fetch to…

I NEVER recommended Fetch to anyone!!!!!! I opened a claim for reimbursement of a hospital emergency for my dog that was vomiting and with bloody stools, and it was denied claiming that it is pre-existing conditions because it had a previous diarrhea less than 1 year ago. But an emergency occurred, not a precondition. My dog does not have any illnesses, as seen on its record, it had diarrhea and vomiting. When a human goes to the hospital with diarrhea and vomiting isn't it an emergency? Why is it diferent for a dog?

Sadly when one gets pet insurance you…

Sadly when one gets pet insurance you hope it’s for minor illness or broken bones etc. I got this for my pet DBCooper and am soooo thankful. He has lymphoma and dealing with fetch submitting claims and getting reimbursed into my account has been a terrific experience. I can devote my time to loving and spending what time we have instead of total stress over the costs. I wish I had gotten the unlimited package but who knew what would transpire.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
