do not waste your money- a complete rip off with many loop holes

we invested in pet insurance in order to attempt to give our pet a better quality of life by providing better vet care if expenses ran higher than expected. Because our pet was seen by a vet at the wrong time for his check up (which was a clean bill of health) when we did have a major health issue later, they refused to cover the cost. Because it was leg related, they also refused to cover any further costs as a result of the injury for the other leg. We have paid for close to two years, and received absolutely nothing in return for all the vet bills we have incurred. This company has more loop holes than the federal government. It is obvious that this company does not care about a better standard of living for pets but rather just to grab your money and find ways to excuse themselves from having to anti up when it is needed. Do not waste your money. When you see this company name as an esteemed company for pet insurance, run.

My experience was made great because of…good customer service.

My experience was made great because of the customer service associate who helped me. Her name was Kelsey and she answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I was interested in adding wellness to my policy and she explained the types and sent me a link. I will read it tonight and decide.

NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE FOR 6 DAYS! -RESOLVED!

I have been trying for the last 6 days to contact a live person at Fetch - I am calling during live phone hours - yet another announcement says they are closed. Meanwhile I have 2 claims just sitting stating they need more documents - I called them quite a while ago when their phones were working, and it was confirmed that they indeed found what they needed within the documents they already had - and that the claims would be processed. WELL…..it is not happening - and no one has been answering the telephones. I would like someone from the company to call me. MATTER RESOLVED - SATISFIED. THANK YOU! CHANGED FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
