Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Kelsey explained very well the reason for the increase in the premium for my pet, DorB. We went over several different options for lowering the premium, but in the end, I decided to just leave it the way it was. I appreciated Kelsey‘s very nice explanations, and her very patient manner.

The ease of sending in my service dog's yearly exam and vaccinations was made so simple with Fetch. I sent in my vets information and was compensated quite quickly. I was not expecting to be compensated as quickly as I had been. They made it very easy, and I have nothing but great experiences with Fetch!!

Fetch has played a major role in our furbaby's medical need. They have been so easy to work with and so caring about our precious baby. I couldn't imagine not having them involved in our dog's medical decisions. My family and I are so thankful for Fetch!

Kyann was very professional and informative. She answered all my questions patiently. When she did not have the answer - she provided multiple solutions for me to find the answer. I own a small business and hope my employees would offer this type of customer service. Well done. Glad I made Fetch my choice.

My cat suffered from resorptive tooth roots and had to have two teeth surgically removed. She needed extensive blood work to prepare her for the surgery which the vet told me would also be covered. After I paid for the surgery, I faithfully submitted my claim with all of my documents. I had at least 10 uploads. I received notification that my application was pending about two times but I never received an email asking me for more documents. After many weeks, I logged on and found that they wanted more documents. In fact, they want all of my animals medical records from August of 2018 forward. I will trouble my vet to see if I can get all of these, although I do have the receipts, but they want the so-called soap records. I cannot believe they make this so ridiculously difficult. What if you change your vet? It's a shame that a 75 year old woman has to wait literally months for a small check after paying in premiums for years. I am so disappointed and wish I had chosen another company.
