I’m glad you asked! My opinion is not good for your company! I still have not received any refund on a claim that was filed in November! I don’t like that there is no phone number to talk to anyone. The texting is not working for you! I have had 2 conversations (texting) about this and was told I needed to provide more info. I explained to both that I only have what I have because I just got him (Wolfie) a few months previously but had submitted all that I have and still nothing. Because of all the hassle with the repetition and no solution along with the fact that you can not talk to anyone I’ll be looking for another pet insurance for both my pets asap!
