Hassle free claims process

Hassle free claims process. Received emails with updates at every step which made it easy to know if additional documents were needed. Using the app to upload docs was a breeze. It was super easy and received my refund in less than two weeks.

Great customer service is worth it's weight in gold

Is it I'm just now filing a claim for the first time but I want to say that up until now I've had to call a few times when I had questions and each time I had someone on the phone with me they were so knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very kind. They were genuinely interested in how Emma, my dog, was doing and always "any other questions or concerns I can help you with before we hang up?" Now I'm about to file my first claim and having trouble with the password and such getting back into my app I don't know what happened and I also wasn't sure what all I needed to send and Megan helped me immensely. She was so patient with me as we tried to reset it and went round and round and she finally said, "I'm going to give you my email and have you send your documents for your claim to me and by tomorrow your password will be reset. "I'm going to send you the link and you'll be all set. If you have any other questions please call back." Megan was just so patient and so friendly and even had me laughing at one point. This is someone who really enjoys her job like the others I spoke with previously. This is a great reflection on Fetch. Thank you Megan!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
