Not a disability friendly company
They have no Deaf/HOH-friendly customer service. Their chat "customer service" is unable to help with anything. So, I was unable to find a person to chat with to cancel my account. After telling the chat person multiple times that I couldn't call the number they wanted me to call, I was finally given an email. I requested that my policies be cancelled. The next day, they charged for all of my policies instead of cancelling. Then, they emailed me and only cancelled one policy seven days after my request. I emailed back requesting again that the other two also be cancelled and that I be given an update on when Fetch would refund their charges since they made them after I requested the policies be cancelled. My other two policies still have not been cancelled and my refund has not been processed.
ETA: Since posting the review, Fetch got ahold of me via email and cancelled all three policies. They gave me a partial refund for each, not a full refund like they should have. All told, it took them 13 days to cancel the policies and begin a refund process after I requested the cancellation. Overall, I don't recommend this company to any pet owner, but I definitely do not recommend to anyone in the disabled community.
