Not happy with the process
Not happy with the process. It took over 2 weeks for Fetch to tell us they needed more documentation. This documentation had already been sent when we joined and we resent the information again. We received another automated message via email saying the claim review would take another 2 weeks. We still don’t know if it will or will not be approved. It’s not a very transparent process and support is just chatbots.
