Piece of mind is invaluable.

I have been a Fetch customer for about four years, after having to make a really tough decision for my cat that I never had to make again. All my pets are covered with 90 percent coverage, as I find it much easier to budget for the monthly premium than a surprise vet bill. While I haven't needed to use it for two of my pets, my cat Luna eats everything off the ground and has needed two linear foreign body removals and treatment for gastro upset. In total, this would have cost me about 10k over the last few years. The process for submitting the necessary paperwork is easy with the app, and they are very communicative with the status While the time between submission and decision can take a bit and that's a stressful time, they have always provided payment. I recommend them to all my friends and family who have pets.

Felt like a scam

I guess it’s not for everybody. We got our 11 month old rescue insured. Despite an email that noted only hip/leg issues would be declined within the first 6 months (this would be deemed “pre-existing”)… our first claim for a UTI (at least four months after getting her insured), they said it was pre-existing and denied the claim. This happened again with an ear infection. An eye infection (about a year into this) was finally accepted, but after the deductions, was almost negligible. It should be noted we provided the “soap notes” from the initial vet visit, which showed she was healthy. (We are family to the original owners who could not manage her). In the end, we cancelled the insurance and were rewarded with multiple offers to renew with no penalties! To us… this felt like a scam! Your mileage may vary!

Wellness seriously under covered

Submitting a claim was easy enough, but wellness reimbursement is abysmally low and honestly probably not worth it. No vet has charged that little for either exams or vaccinations in decades.

Bad in everithing

I submitted all needed documents for my cat that I have ever had. I started to be a customer from the March 2023. I was in vet clinic 3-4 times with 400+ 150+ and 190+ CAD of payments just to treat worms, check cat skin state and get reports from vet doctor to have a flight to another province. I could not claim any of funds but they still charge me 36 CAD per month. I was like, why do I ever need to pay for insurance if I still can not claim any amount of funds? The more surprise stuff was that I had only 3 months to claim my funds since I was in vet with my cat. The customer support is so slow, they ask me to provide the documents from vet clinic by myself instead to contact the vet clinic directly. What is the logic is here? I could print or photoshop any information on the document ... so fetch should re-check the validity of the docs, right? So JUST CHECK THOSE DATABASES DIRECTLY. Why should I waste my time to do that!? I'm going to cancel every stuff with Fetch this week. AWEFULL company. The site's design is nice BUT As a web developer, I can definitely say - it is not convenient at all, as I still need to call or write messages through the e-mail nowadays..Sorry
