Fast and pleasant customer service
I have had fetch insurance for the past two year with my boxer, so when I added a new fur baby I knew I it was the right policy for her too. As I was adding the new policy, my app refreshed and sent me back to the beginning. What I did not realize, is it had already added the new policy. So, in the end, I accidentally added my new pup twice. I called fetch the next morning and spoke with Rachel. Rachel was very pleasant and immediately noticed the duplicate policy before I even needed to explain what my issue was. She quickly resolved the issue and had me on my way. This is the first time I have had to call in, and based on the quick response and action, I won't be afraid to do so again.
