Fetch Canada | Pet Insurance Review

Great so far. We've been with Fetch for several years - I took out pet insurance on my girl when she was 8 weeks old (good thing too cause she developed allergies around a year old). Claims are easy enough to open and payments are deposited quickly once the claim has been approved (although this sometimes takes a while). Every time I've had to contact customer support they've been good. My only complaint is that to file a claim in the app, you're required to include the vet's notes which I don't always have because most of the time it's just a refill on her allergy meds. So I do it by email instead which takes way longer. If this is wrong and I'm missing something, please let me know cause I'd love to submit everything in the app and get things dealt with quicker!

They’re scammers I did not receive any emails stating that I needed to upload or provide physical assessment for my cat. When I submitted a claim (emergency visit) they rejected me because I didn’t have a physical assessment for my cat. Even though in the claim that I submitted stated that my cat was healthy. They wouldn’t approve my claim and for that reason I decided to cancel my insurance.

Easy to use app that streamlines submitting claims. Also easy to get someone on the phone if you need to actually talk to a friendly person. Direct Deposit option to get your money deposited into your account. Overall very easy, straight forward, and user friendly. Would highly recommend!

Fetch has been excellent for us. Our dog Thea had a gastrointestinal illness and needed care. Fetch was easy to deal, with we submitted our claim online with very little paperwork and we were reimbursed promptly by direct deposit. Fantastic peace of mind for us. We would highly recommend.
