Great so far
Great so far. We've been with Fetch for several years - I took out pet insurance on my girl when she was 8 weeks old (good thing too cause she developed allergies around a year old). Claims are easy enough to open and payments are deposited quickly once the claim has been approved (although this sometimes takes a while). Every time I've had to contact customer support they've been good. My only complaint is that to file a claim in the app, you're required to include the vet's notes which I don't always have because most of the time it's just a refill on her allergy meds. So I do it by email instead which takes way longer. If this is wrong and I'm missing something, please let me know cause I'd love to submit everything in the app and get things dealt with quicker!
