Website slow and the list of diagnosis limited. I’ve had nothing but troubles with this company. The first year we had a claim they made us jump through so many hoops I almost gave up. Finally, in the end they paid for part of the claims. We’re on our second year now and our premiums doubled. I’m in the process of looking for another insurance company. On the front end, when they answer the phone, they’re very cordial and friendly, but as you move through their system the phone calls become more abrasive, harder and short. After talking to several veterinarians They said that Embrace was not their first pick as a pet insurance company.thats easy to work with. My suggestion would be to look around a little more at other companies.
