All of my correspondence

All of my correspondence, including my policy, disappeared from my email inbox. I have asked you to resend the policy. Haven't heard back, but it is Sunday.

4 stars mostly

Their customer service is excellent. The turnaround time for their processing of claims is also very good. The only negative thing I can say is that when your pet gets older the premiums rise quite a bit.

Everyone I’ve interacted with so far…

Everyone I’ve interacted with so far has been amiable, sympathetic, and professional. It goes a long way in building trust and confidence.

Horrible experience all around

Horrible experience all around as a USAA member. They related my dog’s injury playing as a preexisting condition, when she actually needed help with an unrelated condition, they denied our claim. The vet even defined that it was not related to a preexisting condition in the notes. Notes that the adjusters force you to get, they don’t even do their jobs. The claims adjuster paid the vet’s notes no heed and denied us. Thankfully it is easy to cancel your policy with them. I would recommend others do the same if they encounter this unprofessional/unethical practice. They won’t be getting any more of my money. Do better. Updated 11 Nov 24 after Embrace made their cut and paste apology. I know what a preexisting condition is so please don’t freakin gaslight me. Do what you so you are going to do and be thankful you’re not worth the time or effort of being taken to court.
