Fair and Responsive!
I have been an Embrace customer since 2007. My girl has had 3 bouts of "severe hemorrhagic gastroenteritis" at a cost of $1,500.00 or so each of the three visits to the 24 hour emergency clinic. (Of course the serious stuff always happens after regular vet office hours!) Both of my Goldens have had dermal masses removed this year at a cost of over $500.00 each. (Both benign, YEAH!) Never, ever did Embrace give me any kind of hassle. All claims were promptly paid in accordance with the policies I purchased. I have friends that have VPI and were very disappointed. I have, and would definitely again and again and again, recommend Embrace! Rarely does a company proactively contact you to keep you in the loop. A good company answers your questions promptly when asked. A great company, like Embrace, contacts you with answers before you have to call them!
