Slow claim service
I've submitted several claims (the oldest dating back to late August, more than 5 weeks ago) and have yet to receive resolution on any of them. They did not make good on their promise of a 15-day response and they have not been very communicative. Each time I inquire about the status of the claims I hear that they are very busy, they're sorry, etc.
I chose Embrace largely due to the positive reviews I saw on this site. I have yet to see anything to support those reviews.
