Excellent Company!

I admit I was skeptical about pet insurance. I had heard many horror stories about people paying for years and receiving only a pittance for major surgeries. Nonetheless, I did some research and decided to go with Embrace. I recently had to take my 9 year old dog in for surgery to remove a lump. I line in New York so it was very expensive, about $2,200. I thought I might get reimbursed for $500. I was literally shocked to find that I would be receiving almost $1,600 from Embrace. I have been recommending Embrace to all my friends and am happy to write this review.

Simply The BEST!

When our 6 month old long hair chihuahua suffered a huge break on his back leg (Tibial crest fracture and proximal tibia fracture) while running at a dog park, I went into panic mode. Not only from the trauma of what he was going through but also trying to figure out what I was going to tell my husband after the ER vet quoted me about $4,200.00 to fix him. After going to one of the best orthopedic surgeon offices to have our puppy fixed, I then started compiling my stack of receipts. The whole time thinking oh my goodness this is sure adding up. There is no way this case is going to be easy to prove to our pet insurance. After hearing bad story after bad story of pet insurance companies in general I was pretty much searching for a miracle in hopeing EMBRACE would simply cover the expenses with no questions asked. I faxed my claim over to them on June 16th all $4,200.00 of it and on July 6th I received a e-mail stating my check was issued today and I should receive it for the total amount (minus the 20% copay)! The whole process was smooth and 100% easy. I'm still in shock at how easy they made this whole situation. I highly recommend EMBRACE to any new pet owner. Things happen, accidents happen and if you get EMBRACE for your pet you'll be covered and stress free of the financial burdens these accidents come with. Now I did have to pay up front out of pocket with them reimbursing me but again it was so easy to send all my info over and have them cover it. If you do

So far so good!

We've just purchased pet insurance for our two great danes. We chose Embrace because they are one of the few providers who actually cover hip dysplasia. Our dogs are good and healthy now, but accidents happen, and we wanted the assurance that we wouldn't have to make decisions due to vet costs. Murphy was bitten by a snake last week, and our vet bill was about $60. Embrace just sent me an e-mail that the amount would be applied to our deductible. He has to have a surgery in a couple of weeks that will be between 300-500 dollars to have a lump at the base of his tail removed. We are having the vet fill out a pre-certification form for the surgery. I'll keep everyone posted on how this all goes!

Great company! Embrace ricks!

I am very impressed with Embrace! After having VPI they are worlds different! I was sent multiple welcome emails when I signed up my puppy Moose. I enrolled in the Wellness Plan and the same day I submitted my microchip claim, Embrace sent me an email showing my new premium at 5% less as promised once he was chipped. So I only paid an extra $15 for the Wellness Plan (which more than paid the price of the micro-chipping) and they immediately give me a discount when I submit the claim. They also sent me an email stating that my microchip refund was on its way. This is the way business should be done! No wonder they are rated the best pet insurance company. I'm glad I spent some time shopping and researching for the best company. Thanks Embrace!
