Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I've had Embrace for 2 years now and have used my wellness and insurance benefits several times hassle free and exactly as advertised in my insurance agreement. No hidden fees or exclusions to worry about.

My cat Tiger Lilly had developed limp, and at the early age of 7, was beginning to slow down, sleep a lot, and her temperament had worsened. The vet took x-rays which show a gap in the joint on one of her front elbows. This was probably caused by an old injury or could be genetic. Tiger’s check-up, x-rays, anesthesia and blood work were all covered by my Embrace Pet Insurance. My vet immediately put Tiger on a stringent diet to lose about a pound or two. Tiger is on fish oil now, as well as glucosamine treats to help the inflammation go down around the joint. Her personality has improved, and she is more active after losing weight. With Embrace, I know I can get the best care for her so that she can live a happy and healthy life. Thank you Embrace!

I want to thank Embrace for the very quick response to my first claim on my cat, Sweetie. They corresponded with me by email and asked for her health records since I had just enrolled her. I had my Vet fax them and received an acknowlegement by email. I was amazed at how responsive Embrace was. I had another pet insurance, VPI, when I had my dog but they were no where near as responsive as Embrace. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that Embrace cares about their customers and respond so timely. In this age of lack of consideration of customers time, it is great to find a company that provides outstanding customer service! Thanks.

I've been very pleased with embrace. Our puppy, jaxson was very sick for three months trying to find out what caused his Illness. Embrace was always there. I have had Embrace insurance for two years (pay about $350 a year for policy with a $300 deductible and covers 80% of pretty much any service). Last year, it saved me around $600 for random recurring Giardia infection... but this year, WOW! My dog got bloat with torsion (ruptured spleen, internal bleeding, etc) and required emergency surgery costing over $8,000. I'm so sad to say that I don't think I could have saved her life without this coverage. Thankfully, she got everything she needed and it cost me less than 2K (affordable). The process for filing my claims was EASY! Single form, attach invoices and send. Embrace kept me informed on their progress throughout (even sending email updates midstream) and when I was getting stressed about my pending credit card payment, they rushed my claim through! Everyone there is SO SO SO nice and responsive. No arguments, no drama, no delay. Love it! I really can't say enough about how the coverage and service level has impressed me.
