Hmmm - Changes???
I had been very satisified with Embrace until I received this last group of claims. The process was very slow. First I thought it was attributed to a software conversion. Which is reasonable to take some delay. Now today after requesting the status on outdated claims, which is unlike Embrace, I find out I have a new processor. My pup who has hip hysplasia -- I am told only 1/2 of the treatment will be paid for -- ONE leg -- pretty ridiculous -- why, the other is rehabilitated -- hugh? I am at a pause since this is so unlike Embrace.
My pup goes for hydro therapy covered by the policy -- yet -- they will cover 1 leg -- I can't help 2 legs are in the hydro treadmill. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for a long period of time and no one came back to the phone.
