Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace has been wonderful to me & my lab, Ciatto, and has taken every opportunity to do their best and to work hard to finish claims and get a check out to us promptly. This is my first time with pet insurance....and Im soooo glad I picked Embrace...I would recommened them to anyone!! The time of claim would of taken less time...but it was my fault since they were waiting on me to get more info from my vet. I followed the directions on the claim form but was constantly getting emails asking for more information. Zach is a rescue dog and I provided everything I had. After some time passed I called and explained everything. It turned out Embrace needed the vet notes for the orthopedic exam the was done last July. If they had mentioned that when I applied and was approved, I would have supplied it. It took numerous phone calls and emails to straighten this out. I was stunned at how fast they let me know I wasn't covered for something I submitted yet it has taken 4 months to let me know about the eye problem. If this had been a terrible illness, the stress of dealing with embrace would not have been worth it. My policy expires in July - I will be doing more research before renewing it. I am hoping this was a one off!

This was my first experience with pet insurance, and I am so pleased that I had it. My dog had a large claim. Embrace did not question any expense and paid quickly.

I've been with embrace for two years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The customer service is perfect, reimbursements are timely and accurate and the monthly autodraft makes making monthly payments easy.

I am a use customer to Embrace. I had previously been a cusotmer of VPI which is another pet insurance. I have found Embrace to be a much better company for a few reasons: 1)better coverage at a lower price 2)response time from a representative has been awesome 3) reimbursement checks are prompt 4)follow-up from a representative is quick. Knowing my pet, Roxy, is covered by Embrace is peace of mind.
