Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I procrastinated about getting pet insurance, but then my daughters Dachshund got very sick and she had Embrace. I saw how they stood by her and paid the bulk of the hospital bill. I am so relieved I made the decision to join Embrace! It is affordable (I have two dogs)and the customer service and efficiency of this company is top notch! Reading reviews is so helpful. My feelings..even if I never have to use it, my premiums have gone to help another pet.

We have had Embrace pet insurance for our puppy Bernese Mtn Dog for about 10 months now and they have been great! They are really fast at turning claims around and always confirm when they have received or paid a claim. They have very personal and prompt customer service. They offer coverage for genetic issues that a lot of other companies barely pay anything for. I hopefully will never need to use that coverage but its nice to know its there if anything ever arises. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering insurance.

Just wanted to say thank you to Jenna who helped with my claim for Bailey. There was some mistaken information on the claim and fixed it the same day! Every claim I have made has been handled professionally and quickly.

I am extremely happy that I have chosen Embrace for my dog's pet insurance. I have never worked with a company that is so accommodating. I've never have a problem with any of my claims. Whenever I call customer service, they are very thorough and willing to answer any questions I have. I recommend it to all my friends with dogs.

When I decided to purchase health insurance for my two pugs I researched most of the plans that were available. Embrace offered the most flexibility in terms of customizing the plan. I was able to choose dental prescription benefits, the co-payment, deductible, and the yearly maximum that seemed best for our needs. Most insurance plans seemed to top out at a much lower yearly limit, $5,000- $7,000 as opposed to $10,000/yr. offered by Embrace. Also, there is no sub-limit for continuing care. This has become a very important feature since my 8 yr. old pug was diagnosed with cancer. She has a serious mast cell tumor on her muzzle which required tricky surgery to remove. She will also require radiation and follow-up monitoring. Her prognosis looks good because with insurance I can afford the best possible treatment for her. The re-imbursements are made in a timely manner, which is important because all Vet bills have to be payed when services are rendered. I don't need to delay treatment because I'm waiting for an insurance payment to help pay for the next round of Vet bills.
