Peace of Mind

As a former insurance professional, I understand the value of having coverage on my pets and Embrace has done an excellent job of providing me with peace of mind. I have been a customer of for three years and have had nothing but positive experiences with this carrier from underwriting to claims handling and follow-through. Embrace offers an easy-to-understand policy and an even easier claims process; the company does an excellent job of communicating the status of reported claims and shows genuine concern for your pet. I had the unfortunate experience of losing a pet at a young age to cancer, and Embrace showed amazing support for my loss, including making a donation in Shyla's name. Embrace offers an excellent product and excellent customer service. I would have no problem recommending this company's product to anyone.

Be very careful to enroll

For the first claim I get different emails said I have nothing to do. After 18 days I found out they are still waiting doctor's note. I called vet to sent out all note to them. They denied my claim said due to pre existing condition. I have a 5 months old puppy who never had skin condition prior to waiting period. If they think skin condition was related to an urine tract infection, what you can do? I will cancel my policy today.

I wish my Health Insurance was this good!

This company gets an A+ in every way from me! From day one, I have been treated with kindness, respect and personal attention. I had a number of claims in the first year and not once did the attitude of graciousness change. I am so happy I found this company and recommend Embrace highly to everyone who wants the peace of mind to be able to give your precious pet the very best care possible! Great coverage in expensive area of US

I previously had another pet insurance that paid off a schedule that did not take into consideration the high cost of vetinary care in my area. EMBRACE has provided me with the ability to tailor my golden's coverage to an affordable rate while providing better reimbursement percentages.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
