Excellent Customer Service
My vet faxed a well claim for our golden Retriever on Jan 19th. I received a confirmation that Embrace received the claim a few hours later.I just received an email, on Jan 27th, stating that I should be receiving a check within 10 day. I had VPI insurance for out previous dog and I am very happy that I found Embrace.VPI took much longer to process claims.
