So far so good
I've had Embrace for about 4 years now and have submitted about 5 claims, all minor. No complaints so far. For the last couple of years Embrace has been taking longer to respond, but I assume this is because business is booming. Still, I've never had to wait for longer than 1 1/2 months to have a claim settled, and no service that I expected to be covered has been rejected.
