excellent

I just wanted to say that Embrace is legitimate in everything that they do. They are sincere and caring and genuiely care about pets and their owners. I only had a policy for about 2 months. My little girl had severe genetic heart problems and Embrace covered everything to make her comfortable. For the treatment and the price Embrace cannot be beat by anyone..... When the time is right for me to get another puppy I will for sure buy another policy with Embrace.

Insure your pet with Embrace now!

I am recommending Embrace to all my friends who have pets. Taking this insurance is one of the smartest things I have done. Even though my dog is only 4 years old, she has had $2200 in vet expenses over the past few months, and Embrace has paid everything they said they would.

Just stay away....

I took my one-year-old cat to the vet in February of '09 because she had the runs, and I just wanted to be sure that everything was okay.Embrace denied my claim, saying that she had a pre-existing condition. The only other time my cat had seen the vet was when I brought her home for the first time, and I had her completely checked out by my house calls feline internist. At that time my cat had slightly loose stools, probably caused by the stress of moving, new food, or being in a new environment. It went away, untreated, in about a day. To say that this trip to the vet 11 months later was a "pre-existing conditon" is pure fraud. I've attempted to cancel this policy because I don't believe that this is an ethical company. In fact, I have not even received the written confirmation of my cancellation that I requested! I would hate to make a serious claim after having had this policy long enough to have paid Ms. Bennett or Embrace insurance many thousands of dollars, only for them to find some way to deny it. Better to find out now and move on.

Wonderful Coverage & Phenomenal Customer Service!

We added a Saint Bernard puppy to our family almost a year ago and discussed purchasing insurance. I did a little research and came across Embrace. Having a "giant breed" dog, I knew we were probably going to be looking at potential problems as she aged. In December, I chose Embrace because I thought they would be a good match since they would cover genetic conditions, unlike some of the others. Little did I know how soon we would be encountering problems. A few weeks after taking out our policy, our puppy had her first real "playdate" and began encountering obvious pain later that night. A few days later she was scheduled for sedation for another minor procedure and her vet recommened x-rays of her hips while we were there. The results were devastating-bilateral hip dysplasia in our 10-month old baby. We were told she wouldn't be able to walk by the time she was 2. Fast forward to now-she has already had a triple pelvic osteotomy on one of her hips (which was not cheap) at a specialty facility more than 100 miles from home and is recovering beautifully! Embrace has been absolutely wonderful during this process. They have processed our claims in a timely manner and their customer service has been very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Embrace to anyone considering insurance for their pets. Thanks to Embrace, our "big" puppy now has a chance of living a normal life!
