excellent customer service
This is my first time getting pet insurance, even thou I have had 2 other dogs...My first experience with Embrace, was with Mike, who was just awesome, he explained everything to me and this took time. Here are the tips I found to be important to me: excellent, excellent customer service from the time that a rep anwers the phone until the call is complete. 2) i have the wellness plan,which many other pet insurances dont have. i love it. They have great reimbursement. Their coverage is better than whats out there for pet insurnce..Peace of Mind and pays claims quickly. Most,,most ..important to Me and my dog Minnie is that I chose the vet I want my dog to visit for all her care. there is no pet clinic etc. I didnt want that. I wanted the vet I had from the previous pets...and thats peace of mind and more important close to home...Pls think about this. Years ago pet insurance was not a option and animal lovers had to make a choice with insurance you dont, unless it very serious. I will continue to stay with Embrace!!!!!!!!!!!!
