Disappointed
I have been with Embrace for almost one year and unfortunately we has the customer are the one paying for the very slow processing of claims do to "training delays". I recently have had a number of illness claims beginning back on 7/10/12 and they are taking almost 30 days to process from receipt of claim to receipt of reimbursement. This is making me rethink the renewal of my policy. At this time I would find it very hard to recommend this company and would caution a potential client.
