Best support system in rough times
Embrace has been amazingly supportive through a rough couple of years. Our wonderful pup suffered a hip injury and acute kidney failure and their staff was reassuring and acted quickly to process and reimburse our claims.
Without this support there is no way we could have afforded to give our pup the best emergency and follow up care available.
Indispensable!
Not unimportantly, everyone at Embrace was very kind and this professional and supportive attitude really means a lot to us and our peace of mind that we have options and solutions and can always choose the best course of action in future events.

Extremely Happy with our coverage
I say our coverage as I have 2 dogs and a cat enrolled with Embrace. I have always been satisfied with the service, promptness of response, adequateness of claims payments, and followup. I have used other companies for prior pets and the service at Embrace quite outshines theirs

Fantastic Service!
I've had an Embrace policy for my cat Zinger for several years now, and have always had great service and prompt claims handling. I recently took Zinger to the vet for her annual checkup and shots, and received the Wellness claim reimbursement exactly one week after filing! This is truly the best service I have ever had from any type of insurance policy. Embrace sets the standard by which the others are judged.

I was very happy how the claim was handled.Megan was very fast in handling the claim and was very courteous.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
