10/10 Embrace customer for 3 years

We got Embrace pet insurance three years ago when we got Bella, our boxer baby. I did a lot of research on other pet insurances and actually bought an insurance policy from another company to start with. We quickly found out that the other company was not what they claimed to be and was going to charge a $200 deductible per incident or illness, when the website just says a $200 deductible (which I thought meant for the whole year), so I felt like they tricked us. Then my vet recommended Embrace and we have been with them ever since. We have never had any issues with Embrace. They have covered everything, no questions asked for our Bella, and we have had A LOT of problems (bilateral ACL's torn, cherry eyes, the mange, kennel cough, giardia, skin allergies, etc.) We love Embrace and I honestly don't know how we would have made it without them. We also feel very much at ease knowing that if something catastrophic happens, Embrace will be there for us. My only regret is that we did not get the prescription, dental, or wellness plan. Next time we will be fully covered for everything. We highly recommend Embrace and tell everyone we know about them.

Great Company

We bought our policy for our dog three years ago. Unfortunately we've had some serious health issues with our dog and have had to use our policy. Every claim has been handled in a professional matter with clear communication. I always recommend Embrace to any pet owner. We added our cat due top Embrace's great service.

Very Happy With My Embrace Decision

I am in my 3rd year of Embrace for my dog Stryker and thus far have had an excellent experience. Although reluctant to buy pet insurance, I am very glad I did, particularly the healthy pet aspect of my policy, because it reminds me of the importance of keeping Stryker up to date on her vaccines, etc. Stryker has been very healthy so I haven't had to deal with any major claims but for those claims I have submitted (primarily skin infections and healthy pet claims) I have been very satisfied. The claims were handled in an extremely efficient and prompt manner. The claims are simple to complete and nothing onerous has to be provided. There were no surprises. Whatever the policy said would be covered was covered and vice versa.

So easy

My dog needed surgery. The claims process went smoothly, and everyone was very nice and respectful. I'm really happy I went with embrace rather than some of the other pet insurance plans I had been looking at.

issue converage

During a dental procedure (not covered) a problem was found that required a biospy and extensive blood work with rather inconclusive results but pointing to a hypesensitivty to unknown source (have since changed to hypo food)so in other words, her immune system is out of whack causing ulcers on the back of her throat. My issue is despite the vet diagnosis, Embrace was quick to attribute this to dental and thus not cover. My concern here is not the money but Embrace making its own diagnosis contrary to the vet (who is the professional) and says this is NOT dental related. As this may be an ongoing problem, until Embrace recognizes my vet's diagnosis, any future bills attributed to this condition will not be covered as the company continues to call it dental. If have been waiting weeks to hear back on whether they will recognize this condition correctly or not. It makes me question the validity of the insurance and the willingness of the company to listen to the vet. it makes me hesitant to recommend this insurance at this time. (Ironically the condition they are saying she has is a common condition with King Charles Spaniels...not her breed.)
