Horrible exxperience
Changed pet insurance because of the rating of 9 out of 10. Have had nothing but hassles about pet's vet care and documentation of health records. A claim submitted in early April has yet to be paid, and unless I called, no one would have let us know that the claim was still being reviewed for one visit! I'm glad others have had a good response.
